You all seem to like my progress pictures, so here’s another.
From 2012, when i was doing cardio 7 times a week with very little food & alot of junk food (i.e chocolate 5 days a week).
2013: running 5 days a week & just began strength training with light weights.
And now 2014: Heavy strength training, HIIT or powerwalks as cardio (just began running again!) & lots of food!!
I heard lifting weights makes you bulky, or? ;)
